Switching to BlogJet
For offline blog posts (I guess I should say posts done from outside the WP rich editor), I was using either Performancing or wbloggar.
Unfortuantely, neither of these tools is very good at handling images inside posts (they don’t support thumbnails and performancing can only link to existing images, it can’t upload images). Given that I plan to add posts about how to do things in various programs, this is a big negative for me.
So I’ve decided to move to BlogJet. This handles images very well, but unfortuantely, my FTP settings don’t work if I identify my blog as a Wordpress blog. If I treat my blog as a metaweblog API blog, then I don’t get categories
. I have posted on the blogjet forums, but I’m not sure what the problem is.
Guess I will have to update my site page now.
